On 5 December 2014, the Board submitted its proposal for revised takeover rules to the Nasdaq Stockholm and NGM Equity exchanges for further consideration. The new rules came into force on February 1, 2015. The adopted proposal for takeover rules is also available in an annotated version showing changes compared with the 2014 rules.
